The retired kixel-quest GitHub App still exists after moq-dev/quest#575; Chrome MCP could not connect, and the T3 browser required sign-in. Add an XS m0 quest with the App ID, deletion and verification steps, and a maintainer wait. Correct m0's summary so it no longer claims the App is already deleted.

Decisions

The user requested a follow-up quest after browser retries failed. Scope is the remaining App deletion; m0 follows the existing decision to retire kix. The Worker, database, and bucket were already deleted.

Validation

  • quest check: 27 documents pass.
  • git diff --check: passes.
  • just check and just test: pass through the repository's host-capacity gate.
  • quest waiting: includes the App deletion as a maintainer wait.

Public API

None; planning documents only.

Review

Skipped for head fd85bcd: trivial documentation-only recording of the user's settled follow-up, with no implementation or behavior change.

No actionable findings in this documentation-only diff. I checked both changed documents against the quest format, m0's scope, and #575's recorded operator follow-up. The new quest identifies the retired App by name and ID, preserves moq-bot, records who must unblock access and why, and requires verifying the App's absence before removing the quest. The m0 summary now distinguishes completed code removal from pending App deletion.

Direction: no blocking document change identified. Actual App deletion remains separate work; this PR records that work rather than performing it.

Static GitHub-only review. I did not run quest check, builds, tests, or browser operations, and have not independently verified the reported validation results, Cloudflare cleanup, DNS state, or the App's current existence. This is a comment, not a merge approval.

Walkthrough

The m0 plan now separates deletion of kix’s sessions comment and dependent quests from deletion of its GitHub App. A new task documents the kixel-quest App deletion steps, verification, and the browser-access condition that ends the wait.

Merge Risk: Minimal · up to fd85b
